Photo Intern
Location: Phoenix/Tucson/Flagstaff, AZ
Compensation: $15-$20/hour. Starting pay will depend on experience. All new interns will begin as Level I interns and will have opportunities to be promoted (and earn up to $25/hour) based on performance.
Hours: 3-10 hours/week
Job Description: Take photos of players at assigned sporting event and upload them to the team google drive to be edited and watermarked by the photo editor. Most hours will be during weekday evenings and weekends and photographers are expected to communicate with Brandon before and after every game to be aware of any special requests. All employees are expected to respond to ALL texts and emails with important information within 12 hours.
Requirements: Current enrollment at a two-year or four-year college and at least 6 months experience in sports photography.
College course internship credit fulfillment: BJ Media will not be able to fulfill any internship hour requirements for course credit that are ABOVE 150 HOURS. We have already hired our maximum number of interns that will work hours above that threshold.

Video Intern

Job Description: Film assigned players at assigned sporting event and upload them to the team google drive to be edited into mixtapes by the video editor. Most hours will be during weekday evenings and weekends and video interns are expected to communicate with Brandon before and after every game to be aware of any special requests. All employees are expected to respond to ALL texts and emails with important information within 12 hours.

Senior Videographer
Location: Greater Phoenix, AZ Area
Compensation: $25-30/hour
Hours: 3-6 hours/week
Job Description: Film assigned sporting event for clients that request footage and upload to the team google drive for the editor to make the mixtape. During football season, the videographer is also expected to send in-game clips to the social media intern on duty for the @bjmedia1 twitter account. Most hours will be on weekends and evenings and videographers are expected to communicate with Brandon before, during, after games to be aware of any special requests. All employees are expected to respond to texts and emails with important information within 12 hours.
Experience: At least 2 years in sports videography
Requirements: Graduation or current enrollment at a two-year or four-year college, video equipment that includes a zoom lens that reaches at least 200mm.

Senior Photographer

Compensation: $25-30/hour
Hours: 3-12 hours/week
